IT HAS been six months since McDonald’s began slinging burgers in Tecoma, but No Maccas advocates are still not lovin’ it.
Every morning from 9am-10am, a group of anti-McDonald’s supporters are committed to chant and wave their banners to display their disapproval of the restaurant.
It has been a continual fight but the protestors are not giving up.
To coincide with the six-month anniversary of the restaurant opening to the public, 16 October marked International No McDonald’s Day.
The No Maccas protestors are now aiming to help other communities save their environment and lifestyle they love by tackling the ‘corporate bullies’.
