Tecoma group gets active

THE Tecoma Village Action Group (TVAG) is bringing together members of the community from all walks of life.
Another community meeting will be held to discuss the way forward for Tecoma and understand what the town needs.
TVAG president Nicole Gale said the meeting, to be held on Wednesday night, would not only include the usual suspects, but have presentations from members of the Tecoma Primary School Junior Council and Sherbrooke Cottage.
“We’ve had a look at the people we normally can’t include in these meetings and asked them to present to us for five minutes about things they want to see in the town,” she said.
“It’s really a follow up from the one we had last month, but there were so many ideas we ran out of time.”
The meeting will be held on Wednesday 25 June at 7pm at the Tecoma Primary School, Grade 1 and 2 building.
